1. Introduction

Welcome to Market Genius ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Market Genius mobile application ("App") and all related features, including community forums, YouTube tutorials, event listings, live trading insights, and market data (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Indian Penal Code, 1860. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Modifications to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or any part of our Services at any time. When material changes occur, we will notify users through in-app alerts. Your continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page regularly for the latest updates.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

• You have the legal capacity to form a binding agreement under your local laws.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data such as your mobile number, profile information, and usage patterns are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is stored securely on AWS or Google Cloud servers.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit (e.g., messages, trade insights, discussions). However, by posting such content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, store, and distribute it within the App.

We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

You may not post content that:

• Contains false or misleading information.
• Harasses or threatens others.
• Discloses personal or financial data of third parties.
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

8. Securities Disclaimer

Market Genius is an educational and informational platform only. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All live trades, insights, and market data are for informational purposes only, and should not be interpreted as recommendations.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We disclaim all liability for any losses incurred as a result of using the Services.

9. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree not to:
